Ken Starr Talks about the Principle of Bipartisanship in Impeachment
Former Independent Counsel, U.S. Solicitor General, and Appellate Court Judge Ken Starr speaks at Regent about how the 2/3 majority that is constitutionally required for removal of a President from office speaks to the principle of bipartisanship that is necessary in that process. Starr spoke during the Senate hearings in January 2020 after having served as part of President Trump’s defense team before the Senate.
