You weighed in, and here are the results!

We asked our community where it matters most right now for Christians to be grounded and prepared to lead. Here is what 682 of you told us, and what it means for this cultural moment.

Education came out on top, with 31% of respondents naming it as the field where Christian leadership matters most right now. Government followed at 29%. Together, those two arenas account for more than 60% of all responses.

Media and Culture drew 22%, a recognition that the platforms, stories, and images shaping public discourse are themselves contested territory. Law and Public Policy came in at 11%, and Business at 7%.

What the results reveal

The pattern here is striking. Our community overwhelmingly pointed to the places where minds are formed and the places where power is exercised. That is not a coincidence.

The institutions that shape what young people believe, and the institutions that determine how a society is ordered, are among the most consequential in human life. Christians who are grounded in Scripture, clear-eyed about this moment, and equipped to lead with conviction and competence are not merely valuable in those arenas. They are urgently needed.

At Regent University, this is the work we have been called to. Developing Christian Leaders to change the world through scholarship and direct engagement. We exist to help Christian students think clearly, lead faithfully, and act with integrity across every arena where they are called to serve.
